Update payment method
Instructions for Updating Your Payment Method
To update your payment method on ConversionTracking, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Settings:
- Log in to your ConversionTracking account.
- Click on your email address at the top-right corner.
- Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.
- Access Subscription Plan:
- In the Settings page, find the "Subscription Plan" section.
- Click on the "Update Payment Method" button.
- Enter Payment Information:
- A new window will pop up for updating your payment method.
- Choose your preferred payment method: PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay or enter your card details manually.
- Enter Card Details (if applicable):
- If you are entering card details manually, fill in the following information:
- Card number: Enter your card number.
- Name on card: Enter the name as it appears on your card.
- Expiration date: Enter the card's expiration date (MM/YY).
- Security code (CVV): Enter the card's security code, typically found on the back of the card.
- Update Payment Method:
- Once you have entered your payment details, click on the "Update payment method" button.
- Confirmation:
- You will receive a confirmation that your payment method has been successfully updated.
- Your new payment method will be used for future billing cycles.
Ensure that your payment details are entered accurately to avoid any interruptions in your subscription service.
