Instructions for Updating Your Payment Method

To update your payment method on ConversionTracking, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Settings:
    • Log in to your ConversionTracking account.
    • Click on your email address at the top-right corner.
    • Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.
  2. Access Subscription Plan:
    • In the Settings page, find the "Subscription Plan" section.
    • Click on the "Update Payment Method" button.
  3. Enter Payment Information:
    • A new window will pop up for updating your payment method.
    • Choose your preferred payment method: PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay or enter your card details manually.
  4. Enter Card Details (if applicable):
    • If you are entering card details manually, fill in the following information:
    • Card number: Enter your card number.
    • Name on card: Enter the name as it appears on your card.
    • Expiration date: Enter the card's expiration date (MM/YY).
    • Security code (CVV): Enter the card's security code, typically found on the back of the card.
  5. Update Payment Method:
    • Once you have entered your payment details, click on the "Update payment method" button.
  6. Confirmation:
    • You will receive a confirmation that your payment method has been successfully updated.
    • Your new payment method will be used for future billing cycles.

Ensure that your payment details are entered accurately to avoid any interruptions in your subscription service.
